Five Prospects Commit to the Frontenacs

The Black and Gold welcomed their five newest members to the Kingston Frontenacs family on Saturday June 11th, when three of the club's first four choices in the 2011 OHL Priority Selection, Mitchell Fitzmorris, Braydon Blight and Ryan Hutchinson along with 2010 OHL Priority Selection Craig Wood and Free Agent acquisition Andrew Tessier committed to the team during their weekend visit at the K-Rock Centre.

Mitchell Fitzmorris, a left shooting forward picked in the third round tallied 100 (44G-56A) points last season with the Elgin-Middlesex Chiefs in 73 games and will join the three defenceman including Braydon Blight also selected in the third round from the Huron Perth Lakers (53GP-8G-12A-20PTS-127PIM), Ryan Hutchinson selected in the fourth round from the Chicago Young Americans U18's (38GP-3G-5A-8PTS-92PIM) and Andrew Tessier, a free agent from Blind River Jr. A (44GP-1G-13A-14PTS-31PIM).  Goaltender Craig Wood (58-W40-L9-OTL2-2.25-.920-SO10) will also suit up for the Club this fall.

Training Camp opens on the last week of August and each is looking forward to the competition.
