The Kingston Frontenacs Hockey Club is looking for dedicated volunteers to assist the club with game nights during the hockey season, starting in early September. This is a terrific opportunity to gain volunteer hours, work with a fun organization and enjoy an evening of hockey. It is also an opportunity to gain experience in special event planning and execution. Each volunteer will be provided with a Kingston Frontenac lanyard for identification and an opportunity to sit in the VIP section together and watch the hockey game. All volunteers are requested to dress in black, presentable clothing and require a CPIC Check. • Job entails directing fans to seating gates, washrooms, The Klub House and other general enquiries.
• The Fans Relations table will also manage the prizes that are to be given out to fans.
• The time will be from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, during the first and second intermission.
• The volunteer is required to watch the game and write down the times that the first goal is scored in the first and third period.

• Job entails assisting children with shooting a ball in an inflatable tunnel and giving out prizes. Volunteers are asked to keep the line moving as to ensure that all children have a chance at the tunnel.
• The time will be from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, during the first and second intermission.

• Job entails selling tickets for a Kingston Frontenacs signed jersey. The volunteers will be sitting at a table selling tickets.
• Volunteer will be required to pick up the cash and float box from the Klub House and return the cash box between each period.
• The time required will be from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, during the first and second intermission.

• Job entails assisting the team’s mascot and ensuring that the Mascot is at the ice level before the game begins at for each required time.
• The time will be from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, during the first and second intermission.

• Job entails giving out the Game Night Program, Game Night Line up Sheets and providing fans with direction to their seats and other general inquiries.
• The time will be from 6:00 pm to 7:45 pm.

• Job entails placing Kingston Frontenac Tattoos on children.
• The time will be from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, during the first and second intermission.

• Volunteers are to check the birthday party area and ensure balloons, plates etc are in place.
• Volunteers will greet Birthday Parties at the Klubhouse and escort guests to their table.
• Job entails answering questions; bringing the food to the party, giving directions to seats and assisting with the party clean up.
• The time will be from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
