The Kingston Frontenacs Hockey Club are committed to bringing pride to the community through the support of Ontario's various children's charities, educational initiatives, and programs related to minor hockey development.

Donation guidelines and criteria have been established in order to ensure a fair and efficient evaluation of requests submitted. If you are interested in seeking a donation from the Kingston Frontenacs, please read the following information carefully.

GUIDELINES:
1. Donation requests must be received a minimum of four weeks prior to the event date.
2. All requests must be submitted in writing on the organization's letterhead and must include: a.) specific date and location of the event b.) organization's mandate/mission c). beneficiary of the proceeds d.) a contact name, address, phone number - email (optional)

If your organization does not have letterhead, please enclose a letter of authentication from the recipient charitable organization.

If approved, all items donated are at the discretion of the Kingston Frontenacs Hockey Club.
