The Kingston Frontenacs introduced their new ticket pricing today, taking effect for the first regular home game on September 21st versus the Barrie Colts. Advance ticket pricing for an adult ticket is $20, a senior ticket is $17, a student ticket is $15 from $17, and a child ticket is $12. The price for a ticket on game day increases $2 for adults ($22) and seniors ($19). Individual game tickets are now available for purchase at the K-Rock Centre Box Office or online at www.k-rockcentre.com

“This increase in game day ticket prices is aimed at having fans purchase their tickets before game day to avoid box office lineups at game time,” said Justin Chenier, Executive Director of Business Operations. “Fans can save $2.00 off the game day ticket price when they buy their single game tickets in advance. We recognize fans pay to watch three periods of hockey and we want to make sure that they don’t miss a moment of the action waiting in line at the box office.”

Fans can save additionally through the purchase of the Season Tickets and Flex Packs. The Adult Season Ticket price is $545, which averages to $16 per ticket. For Flex Packs, fans can purchase Adult 6 or 12 packs of tickets for $102 or 204 respectively, which averages to $17 per ticket.

The Frontenacs also announced their new Friday night start time of 7:00 p.m. This half-hour earlier start time is aimed at helping families and Kingston Frontenac players. “With the 7:00 p.m. start time on Friday nights, families will be home earlier giving younger fans a chance to enjoy Friday night hockey in Kingston,” said Chenier. “It also gives our players a bit more rest time when they travel after some of those Friday night games for Saturday away games. Quite often the team bus is loaded with players and equipment right after Friday game night and the extra half hour will help get the bus on the road a little earlier.”

The first exibition game for the Black and Gold, brought to you by the Kingston Whig-Standard, will be this Friday, September 7th at 7:00 p.m. versus the Belleville Bulls. All tickets will be $10.
