The Kingston Frontenacs took time out of their busy schedule last week to visit a minor hockey practice. The one hour practice was held at Harold Harvey Arena. Frontenacs defenceman Peter Stevens and forward Bobby Nyholm led a novice team through an invigorating workout. The team practiced skating, wrist shots, puck control, and defensive positioning.

Frontenacs forward Bobby Nyholm commented on the practice stating, “it is always a fun way to get involved in the community.”
