Jeff in his 10th season with the Kingston Frontenacs and his responsibilities are the development of marketing and sponsorship opportunities for corporate clientele including the selling of arena, video board, print and website advertising, and game night promotions. He is also responsible for Media Relations for the Frontenacs.

Jeff obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Canadian History/Geography from the University of Manitoba in 1992. Jeff is very active in his volunteer role as a coach in the Church Athletic League for hockey and in Kingston United Soccer Club.

Jeff and his wife Vicki reside in Kingston with their daughter Hannah and two sons Duncan and Kardy.

Bill Purcell – Director of Group Sales

Bill was recruited by the Frontenacs' organization in 2001 after retiring as an elementary school principal. Prior to his career in education he wrote for the Kingston Whig-Standard Sports Department covering Queen's University football, and travellling with the Kingston Frontenacs professional team of Eastern Professional Hockey League.

Along with corporate and group sales, Bil's role widened to include schools and fund raising the past three years. His Resource Support Program has redirected close to $10,000.00 to schools to assist them in purchases of books and learning materials.
