Frontenacs Blood Donor Clinic

On Tuesday, December 11th the Kingston Frontenacs visited Canadian Blood Services on Princess Street to promote giving the gift of life. The Kingston Frontenacs kicked off the ‘Brighten a Life Campaign’ on Tuesday December 11th from 9am until 7pm at the Blood Donor Clinic. Defenceman Peter Stevens and Forward Matt Kang were on hand to greet the donors and serve them in the café area. This marks the second time that the Kingston Frontenacs have visited the blood donor clinic this year. A partnership between the team and Canadian Blood Services was formed back in early September. The Frontenacs strongly support giving the gift of life.

Defenceman Peter Stevens commented on the event by saying, “we were very excited to kick off the brighten a life campaign. It doesn’t take more then one hour of your time to donate blood and your donation could save three lives.”

The Kingston Frontenacs hope to attend one more clinic before the conclusion of the season. Details on that will be provided once they are confirmed. If you would like the Kingston Frontenacs at your community event please contact Jordan at: jordan@kingstonfrontenacs.com.
